In generale, gli utilizzatori (studenti, ricercatori, enologi, e quanti hanno interesse a vedere spiegati i complessi fenomeni coinvolti in questo tipo di produzione) potranno apprezzare la strutturazione del testo che, includendo anche richiami a specifiche fasi tecnologiche rende pi\u00f9 immediati i collegamenti fra aspetti chimico teorici e le attivit\u00e0 connesse con il processo produttivo.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">La qualit\u00e0 della produzione enologica coinvolge significativamente l\u2019intera filiera viti-vinicola, cio\u00e8 un complesso ordinato in cui tutte le parti hanno relazione e dipendenza reciproca.
